Luz Living’s ethos is one of participative involvement from both its shareholders and potential customers/residents. From architect selection to design choice, to the definition of on-site amenities, a broad range of stakeholders have been consulted. These participants have come from five continents, a dozen nationalities and been investors, shareholders, potential buyers and future long-term residents who either wish to buy or rent.
Due to planning constraints, the architects have taken the approach of defining an area per apartment which may then be “sculpted” into different apartment types. These will broadly be as follows:
Terraces of apartments on floors 1 and 2 will be approximately 17.5 m² (188 sqft). The terraces on the ground floor will be between 40 and 60 m² (430 and 645 sqft). The important factor to bear in mind is that in all internal design the size of living areas will be given priority over the size of bedrooms. All apartment types, sizes, locations and views preliminary and subject to final planning. Each apartment will have an allocated underground parking space as well as a private lock up storage room. These are included in the price of the apartment. Five larger lock up garages will be available at an additional cost.
